Viraco ONE — at home
YOUR SIMULATOR,
LOOKED AFTER
Buy a simulator from Viraco and it joins the same platform as our own fleet. The same cars and circuits, software that keeps itself up to date, and someone watching along when something plays up.
Included with every Viraco simulator
Why this exists
A simulator is not a games console
Assetto Corsa with a shader patch, Content Manager, a wheel base with its own software, pedals with their own software, SimHub, CrewChief — and a folder with hundreds of cars and circuits that each have a version of their own. It drives beautifully, right up until one of them updates. Keep it current yourself and it regularly costs you an evening; leave it alone and a year later you are driving something that resembles nothing. Our own fleet does not have that problem, because we solve it centrally. Your simulator sits on that same system.

1System
What happens for you
Six things you no longer do yourself
01Content
The same cars and circuits we run
What sits on our floor sits on your simulator too. New content arrives the way it arrives with us: nothing to download, nothing to unpack, nothing to drop into the right folder.
The same catalogue as our simcenters
New cars and circuits arrive on their own
The same version everywhere, so times compare
No folders or downloads to manage
02Updates
Software that keeps itself current
The game, the shader patch and the surrounding software are maintained centrally. The platform knows which version sits on your sim and updates it while you are not driving.
Game, shader patch, SimHub and CrewChief
We pick which version goes out — not every new one is a good one
Updates outside your driving hours
Installed versions always visible
03Settings
Your settings survive a reinstall
Whatever you once dialled in is kept outside your PC. If something goes badly wrong later, your simulator comes back the way you had it rather than the way it came out of the box.
Settings kept off your PC
Restored after a reinstall
The display and screen side as well
No sitting down to set it all up again
04Support
Someone watching along
If something plays up we take the simulator over as if we were sitting next to it. No instructions down the phone, no photos of your screen, no “click there for me”.
Remote takeover of screen and settings
Usually solved without an appointment
We see what the sim is doing, you explain nothing
If it turns out to be hardware, we know straight away
05Hardware
The sim keeps an eye on itself
Temperatures, fans and the attached hardware are tracked. If something unusual happens the data is already there — often we know what caused it before you call.
Temperatures and load tracked
Wheel base, pedals and screens managed too
Diagnostics arrive on their own
The cause is usually known already
06Motion
Supervised motion
If you have motion, the same regime applies at your place as in our centers. A motion platform is a moving machine with someone inside it, so the system allows movement only while everything reports healthy.
Continuous watch on the motion
Movement only while everything reports healthy
Without confirmation it makes itself safe
The same rules as on our own floor
01How it works
One small program on your sim PC
An agent runs on your simulator: the same program that sits on our own sims. It reaches out, so nothing has to be opened up in your network. It does what the platform tells it — content, software, settings and the state of the hardware — so it is about the simulator, not about the rest of what you do with that PC. If your internet drops you simply keep driving; it catches up later.
How you get it
It comes with your simulator
Buy a simulator from Viraco and it joins the platform and stays there — there is nothing extra for you to arrange. Already have a rig, ours or someone else’s? Ask us what is possible.
